Return and Refund Policy — The Spreadsheet Store

About our products The Spreadsheet Store (spreadsheetstore.store) sells digital spreadsheet templates and similar digital files. All products are delivered electronically by instant download immediately after purchase. We do not ship any physical goods, so there is nothing to physically return.

General refund terms Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed, except in the circumstances described below.

Technical issues If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at payment.thekiso@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide an alternative download link. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

Duplicate purchases If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate order.

EU customers In accordance with EU consumer rights, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless the download has already been accessed or delivered.
